Pricing...
Prices are listed in US
Dollars. Each
artist determines his or her own prices. Thornton Gallery stands
100% behind the prices set by the artists it represents. If a buyer
wishes to negotiate another price for a particular piece of art, he
or she must contact the artist directly.
Shipping,
handling, & insurance...
All original paintings
and limited edition lithographs are fully insured during shipping.
Shipping and Handling fees are listed on each pricelist. Overseas and
other foreign shipments are subject to additional shipping &
handling fees depending on destination, size dimension and weight.
All destinations within the state of Missouri (USA) are subject to
sales tax (7.7%).
Original
art & Limited-Edition art print purchases...
The images on the
internet can not accurately represent the color, tone and texture
qualities of any original work of art. Thornton Galleries allows a
two (2) week grace period for the buyer to examine the artwork and
return it for a full refund (less the cost of insurred shipping and
handling) in the event the buyer is not satisfied with the original
artwork. The two (2) weeks shall begin on the day the work is shipped
to the buyer and shall end at midnight on the fourteenth day
thereafter (we allow four (4) weeks for destinations outside the
U.S.A. and Cananda). The buyer is responsible to pay all return
shipping. The date of return shall be determined by the post office
date (or other carrier date) marked on the return parcel. It is in
the buyer's best interest that he/she insure the artwork for the full
value when returning it. If the artwork is damaged during return
shipping, Thornton Gallery shall hold the buyer liable for the
damages. If the buyer does not return the original artwork within the
two (2) week grace period (four weeks international), Thornton
Gallery will consider the purchase complete and shall not be under
any obligation to refund any payment or to buy-back the artwork. If
the buyer receives damaged artwork from shipping, he/she must return
the artwork immediately. He/she will be given credit choice for
another purchase of equal value or a full refund. Upon making the
initial purchase the buyer agrees to these terms.

telephone be sure to include the following:
Payment of 100% the total price including sales tax (where
applicable) and shipping. Payments may be made by credit card only.
Your name & shipping address.
The name and/or description of the art work you are purchasing.
The best way to contact you during the day and evening.
Credit
Card orders...
We need to have the
following additional information.
Your street address
and the zip code
of your credit card billing address
(The address where
they send your monthly credit card statements).
Your 16-digit credit card number.
The expiration date on your credit card.
Our merchant account
service is under our business name: CREATIVE

and will likely appear as such on your billing statement.
